I’m so upset about my experience here!! I called for a window replacement the day before my service and got a written quote for it, which was agreed upon. I show up the next day and before I’m even out of my car, someone is walking up to me to grab the keys and get started. He takes my keys and asked ab the car, mentioned the window, to which now states he says mentioned the windshield. These reviews got me. I DON'T RECOMMEND, here's why. My inital interaction over the phone and in person was great. I was told they are the best and check the reviews to support claim. My experience has been horrible. I hear wind coming from my windshield. When I brought my concern up, I was told to bring it to the shop. One year warranty, no problem. When I arrived, I felt no one believed me but I was prepared to prove what I was talking about. I had to beg for someone to ride in the car to hear what I'm hearing. After ridin... read more

I had a crack on my front windshield that later spread. Jonathan got me into the shop and took no more than 2 hours to replace it entirely! He answered any question I had and showed me parts of my car I never understood until now, not to mention prices were super affordable! 10/10 will recommend to friends and family.
I was quoted close to $1900 at SafeLite which is crazy!! Calibration for a Benz window. I emailed Express Mobile by Jonathan for half the price! New window and calibration for more than half of the safelite quote. Reserved a day and took less than 2 hours. Chad who helped me along the way was awesome. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. Very friendly service! I would definitely recommend them! Great work
