First time having a broken windshield replaced and I gave Express a call because of their reviews. Jonathan was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and got a very fast and clear quote sent over to me. I was able to have it replaced the next morning and it looks great!
Dude hooked us UP! Sunday, 2pm, right before our busiest week of the year, driver side window went down and never came back up. Made crazy grinding noises. Found Express Mobile on Google, contacted them around 4pm, heard back by 5, diagnosed my issue, gave me a spot on estimate, both time- and cost-wise, and had me out the door, good as new by 5pm Monday - was only in the shop for less than an hour. Top tier!
It was easy to get a same day appointment. I was in snd out in less than an hour. Jonathan did a great job.
Would recommend to everyone, they did an amazing job. On my specific vehicle required two types of calibration and they did both properly. They are professional and experienced.
Great people, great prices, great work! What else do you need? Not to mention they welcomed our cat who had to come with us.
