A few of the drivers look real shady and the way they drive, speeding ZIg zagging in and out of traffic is dangerous. Moreover, they never pick up anyone on time from medical facilities since most of the drivers are horribly overbooked. It was a shame that they are in the healthcare business and are unprofessional . Even one start is too much for them.

We are a physician's office. This is the worst ride service you can ever ask for. They drop off patients and do not pick them up for 4-5 hours. Patients and my staff call them time after time and nothing changes. Absolutely, horrible service!!!!

They are unprofessional, liars, and thieves. I prepaid days ahead to be picked up from the hospital, and when it was time for me to be picked up, they lied and said someone had called earlier to say that I was ready. But that is untrue. So when it was time for me to leave, my nurse called them, and they told her I was a no show, and I had to pay again for them to come. They also said that I had just called that morning to pay, which is also untrue, I have my bank statement to show the date that I actually paid.

This company will lie to you about why they're late, won't make more than 3 drop-offs on time, and send drivers that will yell at their underage passengers and chase them into the school. One time, the passenger overheard that the driver was trying to take her somewhere when someone called him on the phone. Management will not take actions to remedy this situation and will say that it's difficult to find good drivers.

They are always late, drivers are never in uniform and they smoke and driver reckless.

On Friday 8/12/16 Mr. Paul ****** a 83 old man was left sitting at his doctor office for over 8 hours. Every time we call the transportation dispatch the told us they didn't see him on the schulded. What happen is the book his return ride home on the wrong day, mean while Mr.****** who is in wheel chair had find his on way home. A worker from the doctor office stayed with his scooter (wheel chair), was promise that a van could pick the scooter up at 6p.m. They didn't show up until 8:50p.m. Was told that pick up wasn't a prio... read more
