The worse medical experience..tried to get mri appointment via Grimes Ortho..Express did nothing except give me the run around..they blamed Grimes for giving them wrong digit on my insurance, they also kept saying they hadn't heard from insurance. I called my insurance and they hadn't even had any communication from Express. My insurance called them twice..i went to the office in person and a receptionist said they would work on it and they had lots of openings for the next day. Have been trying to get my Mom in for an MRI for 2 weeks now. I took the order in right from the doctors office and gave to the girl behind the desk and gave her my phone number. Told jer we think she may have had a stroke so we'd like to get her in asap. A week goes by nothing. I go back in and it took them 10 minutes to even find the order. Staff is very caring and efficient in a nice place
Express Medical Imaging is outstanding. I recently had to have an unplanned CT scan. They got me right in that morning. The staff are wonderful, the machine is clean and modern and the waiting area is comfortable. The wait time was great (about 20 minutes) despite being busy. They accept cash pay at a reasonable price. The entire experience was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use them again. A+
Wonderful staff. They make you feel as comfortable as possible during MRI imaging which for many people can be a bit scary.
