I have been seeing Kristina for laser hair removal and am very happy. She does a great job at explaining the process and answering all my questions. I was a bit nervous at the initial appointment but she makes the treatments painless as possible and ensures I am comfortable throughout each session. I had such an amazing experience with Kristina! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and explained everything so clearly. The results turned out so natural and refreshed — exactly what I was hoping for. I still look like myself, just more confident. The entire process was quick, professional, and painless. Kristina was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. She was extremely kind and made my experience comfortable. She was extremely patient as well. Procedure was painless which was amazing! My end results are gorgeous! The spa itself was clean, and all around nice environment. Staff was attentive and sweet. Would recommend to friends and family, & I will return!!
