Kristina is the best! I was really struggling with my face postpartum and had no idea what to do. I had started the process of booking an appointment on the website several times and then got distracted and never pulled the trigger. Michelle, RN did an absolutely fantastic job on my lip filler! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered beautiful, natural-looking results. My lips look amazing and exactly how I hoped they would. Kristina was absolutely amazing when piercing both of my daughters’ ears. From start to finish, she was patient, kind, and incredibly professional. I had a great visit with Kristina this med spa in Shorewood. She was very informative and has a way of making you feel comfortable even if you don’t know her. She’s extremely easy to talk to and honest about what she thinks you should and shouldn’t have done, which I really appreciated. I was sooo nervous about getting a lip flip but it’s something thought about for quite a while and was looking for somewhere to go so I popped into a moms group on FB and MULTIPLE people recommended not only Express Med Spa but Kristina as well!! She made me feel extremely comfortable she explained everything in detail and addressed the couple concerns I had!! I will absolutely be back and will recommend her to EVERYONE!!!
