Kristina was absolutely amazing when piercing both of my daughters’ ears. From start to finish, she was patient, kind, and incredibly professional. I had an amazing experience at Express Med Spa Shorewood. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. My Botox treatment was quick, virtually painless, inexpensive and the results look so natural, just exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated how knowledgeable the injector Kristina was, answering all my questions and giving great aftercare advice. I left feeling refreshed and confident. First time meeting Kristina for some Botox. Very sweet, confident and informative. She listened while I talked her ear off. I felt very comfortable like we’ve known each other forever. I must add … no bruising On another note… someone mentioned to me that I have lip migration … Kristina offered a result which I will revisit soon. I spontaneously was looking to book an appt for Botox. I couldn’t find the right place and had so many options. I was referred here by almost all group of moms in my area on a moms page and they all great things to say about Kristina. They tagged her and she reached out to me and answered all my questions. I got lip filler done with Kristina and it was a great experience. They’re open 7 days a week and I was able to book last minute on a Sunday. Barely any wait for the appointment, Kristina did a good job explaining everything in detail and making sure it would be as painless as possible. It was clear she is very experienced in what she does and made me comfortable . I love my results and plan on going back in the future. I’d definitely recommend this place and Kristina!
