I've used Express Med several times. I've always found them to be fast, courteous, and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a quick alternative to their normal physician. Sometimes I feel they are even more thorough and caring than my reguar doctor.
People were nice but the fact that they won't take my insurance and i have to pay every time I go there, and gave me meds that worked but didn't cure my bronchitis and won't give me a refill without gojng back and paying them again is really not fair. I payed and waited to be cured not half way cured and have to pay again. I won't ever go back and will tell everyone that they should go elsewhere. Doctors should be there to help people not just for money which this place is only about.
I've always had a great experience at this location! They are fast, efficient, and willing to help how they can. Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I have never used Express Med for anything more than a respiratory infection, cold, etc. Any major medical issues or concerns should be taken to a family practice doctor, specialist, or something without the term "express" in their title. This place is a joke. I broke out in a terrible rash that covered my whole body and went to this place trying to find answers. The lady taking my temperature and weight was more concerned than the actual doctor. The doctor walked in and immediately stated she did not know what it was. She did not want to try to help me find answers or help me at all for that matter. I will never be returning to this business again. WORST DOCTOR EXPERIENCE EVER!
I finally talked my husband into going to see a doctor because he has problems with his knees and elbows. He is a welder so I knew it was most likely arthritis or bursitis. He hurts every night, but the pain has reached the point that he can't sleep at night. The doctor pretty much called him a liar and then prescribed him several medications. That is the furtherest thing from being correct. In September 2011, my sister went in for several reasons and there was a new nurse and a new physician. They both were very rude, uncaring for their titles, and gave her no resolution, no diagnosis, and no medication for pain. She was told, they would call her with the x-ray results after 9:22 a.m. and as of 1:00 p.m. there still aren't any results and she is still in massive pain after her fall. Their calling card of being in and out quick is right on. We were treated and on our way back home in no time at all. The staff was awesome and friendly. We will be back.
They are caring and helpful. Emily actually LISTENS to her patients!
