They did work on my home a few months ago and it burned up last night. Could have lost my home because of their carelessness. I also just spoke to the owner Wilvur Ventura who said he will not refund me. The part and labor is not under warranty and he is sure he did a good job because it didn’t catch fire in the winter and he said this job was not done poorly. My unit was making some weird noise outside and having issues starting up. I gave Express Mechanical a call and they were over the very next day and took care of the issue. What I appreciated about this experience was how prompt they were, friendly, and fair priced. Ive already reccomended them to some friends and family.
