BAD service, LIES, BAIT and SWITCH PRICING, USED MATTRESSES wrapped in plastic. The same person is writing the good reviews. Don't believe anything these guys tell you. I noticed on Craigslist they spam the hell out of that service, putting up ad after ad and kicking the other guys out due to the sheer number of ads they post and I mean like 20 to 50 every day. Just bought a mattress set from Express Mattress yesterday. Purchased the set after 4pm on a Friday and it was at my apartment all the way across town by 6 during rush hour! Great quality, even better prices! Don't understand all other reviews, worried about service after sale? isnt that covered by 10 year warranty? What do you want them to do? Tuck you in at night? Mattresses smell and aren't even new, like they advertise, avoid like the plague, you will be sorry you even attempted to buy. customer service after the sale is not existent. Bad Service
