I went to Express Lube today at around 3:15 p.m. for the first time ever to get an oil change and I will likely never go back again. The front desk employee is very unprofessional. Instead of only discussing work Mercedes, the front desk employee, proceeded to bring up her personal matters not only in front of another paying customer, but she, also, had her children at work and they witnessed the whole thing. It was almost closing time but they changed the oil and checked my tire pressure and had a little time left. I was thrilled with the people and the service.
