I was traveling through Wiggins with my trailer loaded down and my tires were showing low air pressure. I asked an employee if I could get my tires pumped up and he immediately told me to back up to one of the bays. The rest of the technicians came out with the owner and filled up air in my tires. I offered to pay and they refused. I made it home safely after 4 hours of travel because of these guys. Great job on customer service! I really cannot express my deep gratitude for the service and care I received. I had a severely damaged tire and limped into the shop via a Google search. My car takes a strange tire size which they certainly wouldn’t have in stock, but the fine folks working there found an appropriate tire across town and used their own personal vehicle to retrieve it so I wouldn’t be stranded any longer than necessary. I was in a bind, low tire,I forgot my phone at home. My husband has been here several times this was the only place I could thank of. They were extremely busy, aired my tire up so my groceries and myself made it home fine. See you next week to get that tire fixed . Thank you very much Sir for your assistance.
