Staff was great and oil change got done quickly. They also took the time to check out another concern I had. Highly recommend this place. Great service all around.
This was my first visit as I am from out of town. I stopped in for an oil change and was greeted by a very friendly staff member. The service was done in a very timely fashion with everything explained at the end. A stress free experience.
I almost don't want to tell you how good they are...major repair which my hubbie paid for. He reviewed the charges and not one complaint. I had their loaner car for a week...no charge. Stay away from them...they're mine!
Had the greatest experience at Express Lube & Service possible. I ran into a small emergency the day after New Years and needed to drive 4 hours home. My van was leaking oil and I had to figure out fast if I could make it home. I arrived at ELS without an appointment and stood in line to get looked at. The wait was completely reasonable and even though they were only staffed for oil changes they decided to bring my van into the service bay.
