We took my 2020 Jeep in for oil Change Monday, Tuesday afternoon I leave for work notice. My oil light came on and I was leaking a lot of oil. I called this place. They told me to bring it back in. I ain’t gonna drive it like that. I live over an hour away. They put the wrong oil filter on my jeep and it was on pretty tight.
They are kind and hard working. I'll always choose to come here, because of how quick and efficient they are.
The service and customer care I received was second to none. The guys were professional, friendly and polite, also very honest and they did not try to sell me extras, like air filter or wiper blades, (they were inspected). At no time did they try to force me to have unnecessary jobs carried out. The mechanic in the pit, noticed a wire harness slightly hanging and offered to secure it back in place. (Above and beyond Danny). The price was very fair. I can't say enough about this place.
The name express is accurate! These guys always take good care of me. They are also courteous, professional, and friendly! There is hardly ever a wait, and if there is a wait, it is never long!
Great shop, fast, accurate and they top off all your fluids while also vacuuming your vehicle. Had one issue where they knocked a powered brake line but it was easy to plug back in. Only place I ever go in Grand Rapids MN.
