They are kind and hard working. I'll always choose to come here, because of how quick and efficient they are.
The service and customer care I received was second to none. The guys were professional, friendly and polite, also very honest and they did not try to sell me extras, like air filter or wiper blades, (they were inspected). At no time did they try to force me to have unnecessary jobs carried out. The mechanic in the pit, noticed a wire harness slightly hanging and offered to secure it back in place. (Above and beyond Danny). The price was very fair. I can't say enough about this place.
The name express is accurate! These guys always take good care of me. They are also courteous, professional, and friendly! There is hardly ever a wait, and if there is a wait, it is never long!
Great shop, fast, accurate and they top off all your fluids while also vacuuming your vehicle. Had one issue where they knocked a powered brake line but it was easy to plug back in. Only place I ever go in Grand Rapids MN.
Always a good group of fellas working. They get it done quick and for a good price. Usually never have to wait to get in either. I will continue getting my oil changed here!
