Booked a ride to get to a very early flight in Cedar Rapids, but the ride never showed up, it was expensive too, but I thought this would be more reliable than trying to find an Uber. Fortunately, I was able to eventually get an Uber and make the flight. But the company has not responded to repeated requests for a refund, they went totally nonresponsive.
Wonderful service and vehicle. Our wedding guests were impressed with the bus and the driver, Lisa. It really added to the enjoyment of our weekend. Great service and communication.
