I have done mortgages before with other companies and there was always some sort of snag or unexpected issue. We spelled out our goals and objectives to Express Lending and they worked very hard to make sure every one was met in a timely manner! Seriously! Start to closing was only about 2 weeks for a refinance. Nicest people! Highly recommended!
