Overall, my experience was great. I would definitely recommend Bobby, as even though my service was scheduled with another guy, he was the one to step in and get me the help I needed. I had an issue with a vehicle I recently purchased from the dealership and was frustrated that I kept getting told it wasn’t under warranty. Bobby was the one to do extra digging for me and find that I was actually covered under warranty and I was able to get my vehicle fixed at no cost.
