While I have always had good service when using this lab site, the hours need to be corrected on the website. The lab is NOT open on Fridays, though the website states it is. Save people a trip and list accurate info please.
The hours are a lie, they do not open the door until 8 AM.And my husband is hungry and fasting , not appreciated whatsoever. A real lab will open at five a m for fasting people. Phlebotomist was wonderful , and she explained Her situation and that it wasn't her fault and I respect her for not opening that door. "FAST LAB" IS A LIE!😖🥺😖😡😡😡😡
I have tried 3 separate times over a month to call and make sure they are open and are available to test. They have never answered the phone
