We have been using Express Labs for several months. The online dashboard is easy to navigate and understand. Mike Youngelman has been extremely helpful with several situations and customer service is always easy to get in contact with. Overall our company has a good experience.

I like express labs for a few reasons. They great customer services. My emails are always answered quickly. Its affordable, convenient, and the Dashboard is easy to navigate.
I am a customer, who had been recommended this company for many years until they cancelled the consortium for one of them. The owner had the Covid and they did not even take consideration of the situation. Will not recommend this company anymore.After this incident they just cancelled all of them even if they had months of service without previous notice. My company selected Express Labs for our consortium provider and our relationship lasted about 2 days. Before we were even set up, we contacted customer service for assistance and received the rudest treatment I've ever experienced with a vendor. Absolutely condescending, rude and extremely poor skill set. We chalked up the $100 to experience and moved on. As the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for."
