I’ve been in this store before and had a great experience, however I would never go back here again because of what just happened. I’m still in tears. I’m devastated. I went in hoping to have my sentimental necklace from a relative soldered. The worker seemed agitated and took my necklace and began BREAKING IT! I told him to stop and he insisted I “go get a new one.” I took the necklace back with broken links and told him I couldn’t because it was sentimental. My Rolex was repaired cheaper and faster than having to send it in to Rolex! He opened it up and showed me the movement and sent a picture of all the parts while he serviced the watch. WOULD RECOMMEND!!
