I was only going to deliver, they cleared a door and emptied their load quickly. The workers are friendly and helpful.
Great Logistics Company. Always Very Mindful about high ticket items. Price is very affordable compared to other logistics companies. Quick when you need that ASAP SERVICE.
If I could give this place zero stars I would!! First off, the delivery window for drop off is from 9-5, which for those of us that work is a problem. So I took off for the entire day to wait for my couches to be delivered and they never showed up! The excuse that the manager gave when I called was that the driver decided not to drop off my delivery because it was too big. This is an issue that should have been addressed prior to my delivery, not after I had arranged to be home ALL DAY to wait for a delivery that never came.... read more
