Very expensive
Ive not been to this business, but being that they dont attempt to defend themselves, and the fact that there is no real customer service you can talk to dont think ill be calling.
Not very friendly. They really appeared as if they didn't care about locating the best deal for you.
I had a horrible customer service experience. I was on the phone with an agent, and he sarcasticaly gave me a $1,000 a month car insurance quote. He was very sarcastic, and rude.
They have the lowest auto insurance rates in Lansing by far...especially if you have a lead foot like me :)
