Clean rooms and very nice people.
Nice bargain hotel. The staff were very friendly even when I checked in after midnight. Will stay here again when in Eugene.
My experience at this establishment was an absolute nightmare. I booked my room online, and while the check-in process was fine and the room seemed decent for the price, things quickly went downhill. I had brought a homemade dinner with me and planned to eat and get to bed early to prepare for a big day ahead. However, when I tried to use the room's microwave, it completely malfunctioned. My booking was not as reserved. Had reserved two queens but given only one queen and not told until we walked into the room. It was graduation weekend and we had to totally rearrange our trip because of this. Was promised a refund of half the cost but after multiple phone calls and two weeks of waiting. I'm leaving this post with no refund. The room had badly worn furniture, no light over the vanity and only one wash cloth for two people. I would call this location below bare bones. We only stayed one night however we had a lovely sleep. Service was excellent !
