I absolutely love this place, it should have higher stars all the way around
My husband and I were about to get a room and got screamed at by the managers drugged out boyfriend to turn around because there was "no cut through" not even sure what that meant. Then the manager came out of the same room and yelled there was no vacancy. And continued to harass us. Just a totally bizarre scenario. Don't stay here if you want to feel safe.
The managers(husband and wife that live there) were very very rude. Tried to deny our service dog until we said we were going to call the Eugene Police. Legally you can NOT ask for proof of service animals. Then they tried to deny us because we were homeless. Thats discrimination. So please teach them the law thank u
The receptionist was very rude to me just for asking her a question why I have to check in at around 5pm and she told me I can take my money and go elsewhere and when I tried to explain to her she said I should never talk to her again. It was a horrible experience for me and will never visit this hotel facility never again. I have never met such a highly disrespectful attendant just because I asked a simple question and needed clarification.
I booked a night at this hotel traveling with my medical alert dog. I was refused a room and was treated very poorly. The couple in management at this Motel are extremely rude and aggressive. I would not, could not ever imagine recommending this place. Save your money and go to the Valley River Inn.
