I hate to say this but the lady at the front desk normally during the day is wonderful housekeepers do not understand English not whatsoever there's mold in the building my question is where did the bedside manner go in the hospitality that's my personal question to disestablishment which in my opinion is just a cement hole
Our lights went out when trying to cook , we came to the front office to ask for maintenance man , got in contact with maintenance man and he said as follows “I’ll be there sometime after 9pm because I’m at a birthday party right now and they’re about to cut the cake “ When asked to speak to someone higher up the man in charge said “it is not my problem that you don’t have light “ He continued to tell us if we kept complaining he would check us out , after we have just paid a full week stay !
The worst room i have ever walked into. When we went back to the desk to tell him we wasnt gonna stay he tried to put us in another room and when i said we arent staying then he started with the cant give a refund my system is down. Its not worth trying to save a few bucks just pass this by.
