Upcharged for a jacuzzi that didnt work. Water pressure in the shower was non existent and no hot water. Smelt like a basement. Floors dirty. Run down old motel

I booked this place expecting a basic but clean hotel stay, and was shocked by what I walked into. The room was filthy and unsanitary. The bedding had sweat stains, the floors were dirty, and there was grime in the bathroom. I have video and photo evidence to prove how unacceptable the conditions were. It was the stuff of nightmares. I used booking.com, but I feel they need to be sued for advertising such nonsense cubicles. Moldy tub, leaked all night and day, dirty inner pillows, dirty soaps that were powdery, the tiniest shampoo no conditioner, it’s like they hate their customers, but like their money. Also, roaches, door lock looked tampered with.
