I purchased a Mercedes-Benz mirror from this seller on April 12. However, any attempt to contact them only resulted in an automatic message saying they were out of business until after May 16. This message was not visible when purchasing the item. Still, I decided to wait patiently until May 16. By May 22, the item had still not been shipped, and the seller never responded to any of my messages. Thankfully, eBay issued a refund after I opened a claim.
