Just before a really cold weekend, we noticed a smoky odor coming from our heater vents. I contacted a few heater repair companies but was told I’d have to wait until the following weekend for service. When I called, Leonard added me to the schedule at the last minute. I contacted them recently because my air conditioning unit wasn’t working with the new Nest thermostat I set up. Their technician, Leonard, arrived quickly and spent a good amount of time troubleshooting the HVAC system, even though it was a busy holiday weekend.
