Thank you to Hot Tub Express, especially Tim and Dave, for your excellent service! My husband and I truly appreciated that Tim came out the very day after we submitted our online request for a technician to check our hot tub, which was showing a flow error and not heating. He was very professional and thorough. After inspection, we learned that we would need to replace the computer, pump, and possibly the heater. Very timely and efficient communication with David. Despite the frigid temperatures, he kept an eye on the weather and replaced both pumps on our Beachcomber within a very small window of opportunity. I couldn’t imagine spending the winter without my hot tub. Thank you, would highly recommend.
We had Tim out today from Express Hot Tub Service. He was awesome! He was very personable and professional. He took the time to show us in as great of detail as possible what was happening. He provided us a quote & expected resolution time. Great to deal with, would work with him again & recommend based on our experience.
