I called many hot tub places and had a hard time even getting a call back. David was quickly responsive, exceptionally knowledgeable and very personable! He was able to quickly identify the issue with our hot tub and provided a solution. I hope we don’t have future issues, but would certainly call David again if so! Thank you David!
Excellent service! I went with this company after checking their google reviews and I am so happy that I did! Excellent communication via text prior to the appointment! When they diagnosed what was wrong a broken heater and seals on my hotub they had the parts with them and were able to repair immediately! So happy we discovered this service. David was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. We needed a couple of visits to resolve the issue because we unknowingly had two issues. David came back in a timely manner when we realized we still had an issue. Highly recommend the service of this company.
