This company had installed a pump we supplied recently. The hot tub worked for a week, then it was no longer working. They came back to repair it and charged $225 for a fuse which took 15 minutes to replace including time to CB rack for the problem. The technician Tim was nice enough, but I thought that was a little much since they had charged $300 to install a pump not long ago.
Excellent to deal with. Contacted them about a leak in my hot tub. They asked to text them a picture of it. Then they gave me some troubleshooting tips to try. Got back to them with results and they gave me a resolution over the phone. They could have easily come to site and charged me for it. But resolved it over the phone at no charge. Any other future issues they will be the first I call.
I called Express Hot Tub Service after reaching out store where I had bought our unit a few years back. David was prompt to get back to me made good on the commitment to come on the appointed day and time window. The technician, Tim, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Within less than an hour he had diagnosed and fixed the problem and our hot tub is ready for enjoyment again. I would recommend Express Hot Tub Service to anyone with a hot tub problem
