My husband and I truly appreciated that Tim came out the very day after we submitted our online request for a technician to check our hot tub, which was showing a flow error and not heating. Very timely and efficient communication with David. Despite the frigid temperatures, he kept an eye on the weather and replaced both pumps on our Beachcomber within a very small window of opportunity. I couldn’t imagine spending the winter without my hot tub. Thank you, would highly recommend.
