If I could give no stars I would. I was here a few days ago and I got turned down so many times to be seen for something minor . I am so disgusted . The staff at the front desk she is Latina and she is rude . The doctor didn’t even check to see if she could help me . SOMEBODY PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! I’m going to to the state about this .

If I could give a ZERO I would. This place is the worst medical facility on the planet. Over the phone I was told they accept my insurance, but when I arrived to the office, I was told we don’t accept this insurance and I should “LEARN HOW TO READ BETTER”. This was a BLESSING, the place was NASTY, DIRTY AND FILTHY. I wouldn’t take a dead animal to this DUMP
I took my test at one location, but my results came from another cite. Strange! If this is the policy and procedure I wish I was informed of this as a new patient.
My son was exposed at school Early summer 2021 so, my whole family had to go in for a rapid Covid test, to clear us. The staff were ok. My family had insurance and they assured us it’s free for people with insurance, The got our insurance cards and told us we qualify. After one year, We are getting billed for only God knows what? We all had same test but my high schooler is billed $1900+ , my 3rd grader $635 and myself the adult $335 . We all had a pcr test doesn’t make sense.
