This business deserves a five-star rating. I usually don't rate every purchase or service, but this is the exception. From the bid process, to the timeliness of the staff, to the quality of the work, to the excellent communication---they did an amazing job. I solicited three bids from quality floor refinishers and their bid was significantly lower, without compromising on quality. Are there six stars available? Don from Lafayette-December, 2025

Express Hardwood & Flooring were amazing. Not only Cristiano, the owner, but the entire team. They are extremely accommodating, and best of all, reasonable priced. If there were 100 stars I will give them all. I am attaching before and after pictures. The house had an orange looking laminate and it was changed to white oak planks plus added hard wood where there was carpet. They truly did an amazing job and I highly recommend this company!!

I’m very happy with my new hardwood floors from Express Hardwood Flooring!! We had some water damage on our existing hardwood floors. They came in and repaired the area and then extended our hardwood to include our family room. Then all of the floors were stained a darker color. They were honest, professional and on time. Letitia was excellent with constantly communicating with me. She was even accessible in the evenings and on weekends. Luca was wonderful with going over the plan and overseeing everything. We had all our engineered hardwood replaced. The installation crew was outstanding. Very skilled, very hard-working. I wish we would have been warned about all the noise (hammering, sawing, sanding, and dust (even with plastic hung) - we definitely would have gone somewhere else for a couple days. Not really a big deal though. However, running out of wood was kind of a big deal requiring two more appointments for delivery and more installation. Really excited for my new and improved floor work. My hardwood was old, scratched and dingy. They sanded, re-stained a fresh updated color and did a fabulous job at a very good price and super fast within a week!
