Only thing better than how nice this guy was is the food I got a gyro and it's the best one I've had in 30 years, extra sauce just classic unbelievably, delicious and such a nice guy.
The staff here are Egyptian, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. They charged my card twice, then told me the payments had been declined. When I contacted the owner to resolve the issue, instead of taking responsibility and helping me, he kept making excuses and avoiding the issue. I was charged multiple times and still received no proper resolution. On top of that, the food did not appear to be clean or prepared according to proper hygiene standards.
