Driver called ahead on time to introduce himself and was on time and helped with luggage. We would certainly use Express Ground Transportation in the future.

Find someone else for your transportation. Unfortunately I used this company to transport my family of 8 people to and from Newark Airport for a recent trip to Europe. To start with the driver arrived late. When he opened the back of his van to load the luggage he had a dirty spare tire in there which made it impossible to load all of the luggage. Was just hung up on. Overnighted my elderly Moms photo ID and credit card from Florida for the flight she asked me to book so I arranged car service They assured me they would hand deliver it to my mom for the flight, they did not pick her up and they kept her ID and credit card. Their excuse is that the woman Angela who worked there no longer works there. Will be following up now with BBB to file a complaint.
