The drivers have no regard for others or the law. The management doesn't return a call when you try to make a complaint so they obviously don't care either.
I work closely with this company, and they are great to work with. When you express driver concerns, they take action to correct and immediately terminate any drivers performing dangerous actions. The owner is more than willing to listen to problems and address them accordingly. Give them a chance and they'll do anything and everything to help meet your expectations.

Your drivers are trash and are going to seriously hurt someone if they can't obey even the simplist of traffic laws. "professional driver"... Okay

If you have a safety dept, you owe it to yourselves and the general public to do an observation on his driving behavior and take corrective action immediately.
