Bought a pair of heavy duty garage door springs. They shipped quickly and I was pleasantly surprised. However, I realized that my PayPal account had two charges of $182 when that was the price for the pair of springs. I attempted to call them but immediately they are too busy helping other customers. They tell you to email them for a quicker response which I did over and over and over! I ordered a set of springs from this company. Received the confirmation e-mail indicating that I should have them in a few days. After a week without receiving a tracking e-mail, I began reaching out. Over the next ten days I sent two e-mails, left two voice mails, and sent one instant message through their website. I never got a response, or the springs. I'm not sure if they are still in business, on a very long break, or just have horrible customer service. Would give negative stars if that was a option!
Tried to contact them multiple times. They won’t answer the phone or reply to emails. Never received all my order. Be cautious if you are ordering from them for repair parts.
