I ordered the wrong spring size for my door, website said just order the correct size then send the wrong size back for a refund, which I did. Springs from first order were received and signed for on 10/4/2022 it is now 4/25/2023 and still have not received my refund after multiple calls and emails. Just no response to any of my emails. This is absolutely crazy.

I recently had one of my garage door torsion spring let go. I was in a panic as my wife's car was trapped inside our two car garage. I found Express Garage Door on line and gave them a call. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. They had the springs and bearing I needed, the only issue was that I needed repairs immediately. Ordered springs from their website. It has all the information readily available to size the springs and have them shipped out quickly. Within the same day of confirming the issue, I was able to walk through the site and their YouTube Videos and have enough confidence to order the right springs and plan to do the work myself. They also offer really great tips on the installation that increase safety and make sure that the job is done right!

Terrible customer service, their phone line is not active all the time, they are not responding to emails.

Can't praise these guys enough for their customer services! Needed some parts overnight and had some extra shipping requests and all was handeled beautifully with great communication via email! And the parts arrived on time and got my garage door up and running for the weekend! Highly recommend them!
