I came into Express Fix honestly a bit stressed. Knew nothing about this vintage machine I basically inherited with the cart. Rigo and his team helped me unload, answered several questions and had a diagnostic done in a flash, no upsell, just honest guys who have a passion to bring machines like mine back to life. Thank you guys so much !!!
The worse ever, they kept my espresso machine 4 months claiming they don’t know how to fix it, I took it from them to other shop which they fix it in ONE DAY, and what make it worse they charge me over $400 for nothing.
Took my Jura in on Jan 9 just to be cleaned. I was given a 2-4 week estimate. Today is Feb 24. I have called several times over these many weeks and I’m always told “two more weeks we are so backed up.” I’m giving them two more weeks and then I’m just going to get my machine and take it elsewhere.
they were quick with repair which we definitely appreciate, but the quote over the phone by Derrick was not same as final bill which was more. That was a little disappointing but overall satisfied.
