Just walked in my machine and the team is extremely nice. I put my Rancillio in for water pump issues and they were communicative with the waiting time and the price estimate was not bad at all. Super happy already! Thank you guys!
I wish another company fixed home espresso machines. These guys cost WAY too much. I brought in my machine to replace a valve. They called and said they were done cleaning my machine and it was $200. I didn't ask for a cleaning but they do it anyway and charge like crazy for it. They even charge $4 for the beans they use to test the machine. How much coffee does it take to test a machine? It doesn't cost $4 worth of coffee to test a coffee machine.
I waited for my Jura to be repaired for 3 weeks and the repairs hadn't even started. Decided to pick up my Jura and went to Long Beach. The repairs took 40 minutes and cost half the price.

Brought our La Pavoni in for repair. What a cool place! Looked at it right away and made a quick fix, and I came home and made my wife an espresso. They are even roasting their own coffee and espresso. 5 Stars all around!
