Been a member here for almost a year now. Pretty good experience.
The gym itself is great. But at moments like these.. why is there still no disinfectant wipes?? Almost all other gyms have it . They call themselves the higher end gym.. but really lack the supplies. Oh one last thing. The tap in the change room when you turn it on to wash your hands.. the water smells like its coming from the sewers. Lol
Ive signed up for a 90-day free trial and had to pay an upfront of $190 which I didnt mind. But after a while I decided to cancel my membership and get a refund due to the fact that the gym is pretty far from my place. I got it cancelled and signed the form. The man told me it would be around 2 weeks for the refund to come in and now its been 2 months and they never got back to me after the amount of times I contacted them. If you're not sure or indecisive about staying in this gym don't pay anything!
