Cleanest, friendliest, gym in all of central Alabama. Safe and available 24/7 in Millbrook, Wetumpka, and Prattville.
This is one of the cleanest, friendliest health clubs I have ever been in. It is perfect for my schedule, since it has 24 hour access. The inside is really nice, with stacked-stone columns and stucco'ed walls. The part I like best is that they DONT REQUIRE CONTRACTS!! I would recommend Express Fitness to anyone looking for a safe, healthy place to reach their fitness goals. Also, their supplements are less expensive than any other place I have looked.
