Dr. Alligood is the gold standard. You don’t just feel like another patient—he treats you like a human being with a story, not a chart. He actually reviews your history, listens without rushing, and shows a level of empathy and professionalism that’s rare these days. His bedside manner is unmatched, and every single time I leave his office, I feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. If more doctors were like him, the world would be a healthier place. 10/10.
My Mom is 84 took her here but don’t accept her Insurance supplement are medicare. Guess it’s all about money !
If you’re visiting urgent care, you’re typically having a bad day of some sort so you are looking for a care provider that takes you from bad to at least a little better! This place is akin to going home to mom to take care of you. They are clean, kind, patient, and literally have everything they need to get you as close to back to your self as possible. While the staff is polite, my family has been misdiagnosed twice in this office. I have no trust in these doctors and will never go there again. I am so disappointed.
This is a very clean space, with super friendly staff, and quick and efficient care. I was very impressed and honestly haven’t been to an Urgent Care office this nice before. Pricing is also very reasonable. This will be my new Urgent Care/Express Care go-to.
