This ER coded my vertigo visit as a CPT 99285, which is for the highest level of ER care for a significant and immediate threat to life, which requires high-complexity decision making. I was treated well and the staff was great, but I was given motion sickness and nausea pills and told how to do a basic Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), with a printout and YouTube instructions. I have requested that my insurer reach out to them to correct this.
On July 27, 2025. I went in for abdominal pain. I arrived at about 6:30 in the morning and the nurse was able to see me immediately. My nurses name was Haley and my doctor‘s name was Paul Cheney. They were both very nice, listen to everything that I was concerned with and took care of all of my needs. The best experience ever at an ER facility! The Drs and nurses are wonderful and the visit was effective and efficient with minimal wait. Doubt I will ever go to a traditional ER at a hospital again if I've got a choice.
My first experience with Express ER was three years ago. I had been walking around with a broken ankle thinking it was a bad sprain for almost a week. Nurse Brian was really kind and really made the experience bearable. This time was MUCH less dramatic and the care was JUST as kind, thorough, and personal. I am so grateful for this team of medical professionals. Should a family or friend need medical care ASAP, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
