Please be careful and pay attention to what they do and tell you. Per their handbook and state law, you accumulate PTO from them. But cannot use it til 90days with them. Starting back with them in Dec with 1 assignment. Obviously there was accumulation of PTO, and accumulation of we'll say "probation time"(90days) required by Express.
