Drive 30 minutes one way to get told I couldn't be seen because I was 10 min late. Never got the same person to work with on the phone , got the runaround and lost 2 very good positions I wanted due to calls not being returned and generally feeling they were unorganized since I had to remind them of who I was every time. When I arrived, the staff appeared to have no knowledge of my scheduled appointment, which created an unorganized first impression.
