they're busy with the wide variety of people coming in. but Zhan is on point. he got me placed somewhere I'm gonna like in 2 days. can't speak for the other agents personally but from what I've overheard while there they're good at what they do too. but due to the fact they're busy and there's not a lot of agents, you have to make sure to take the initiative to follow through until the end. you get out what you put in. don't sit around and wait. they'll help but ultimately it's on YOU to make things happen.
