Very unprofessional experience. Communication was poor I had to repeatedly call just to get updates, and I rarely received proactive information. It also felt like Spanish-speaking applicants were prioritized over everyone else, which made the process feel unfair and frustrating. I hope they improve their communication and ensure every applicant is treated equally and professionally.
