RecommendedFirst impression. There was an Asian lady working front desk and was impatient and rude with an African woman who was inquiring about a mistake made on her behalf. The African lady was really confused and the Asian lady was NO HELP whatsoever. Needs to work on her customer service and attitude. I have not accepted any assignments from this office but they will text/call about openings which is more than I can say about the other agencies.
I replied to a posting on Indeed and was contacted very quickly. After going into the office to fill out paperwork and do some assessments, they found me a job very soon after. Communication with them is easy and everyone is professional and friendly. I have no complaints, whereas other staffing agencies have disappointed me greatly. Thank you especially, Brittany!

Ive had a great experience so far. I wouldn’t recommend anything because I haven’t had any issues yet.
Hired me perm laid me off 3 weeks later due to “reduction in staff” and then called me 9 months later to recruit and had no clue who I even was. Luckily I was able to return to my previous job as a medical recruiter.
The Downtown FW location was very professional, helpful, informative, and my recruiter called me with options and I got something that works very well with my needs.

I worked with Express 3years ago, I came back in 2018, and just feel the paper of back ground check and took a drug test next day I got a job. It's really EXPRESS. I love it and I will recommend it to all my friends. Keep up Express.
