You'll interview, go through the onboarding process only to have to go through another interview with whatever company intending to hire you. Which makes a temp service pointless when you can just go straight through the company once you see who's hiring. For the temp place to get a portion of your check seems like they're getting paid to do nothing.

I began working with this staffing agency in October 2025. I completed an interview, signed all required paperwork, and was asked to provide three professional references who were willing to answer calls and vouch for my work ethic. After doing everything asked of me, I was told they “didn’t have anything at the moment.” I then followed up weekly for updates. Communication was consistently poor. Very unprofessional and unfair. I went to this agency a while ago, did all the work necessary to be put to work. Their app is very tedious and I called this office several times this over the years when applying only to be told they ‘ couldn’t find my application’ despite me completing and sending it multiple times or to re-apply when I completed an application already.
