been trying to get a job with them since November and nothing. I'm not from here so thought I would try them and nothing no interview with any companies or anything. they submit my apps to places and don't hear anything back and when i call they say I'm not qualified for any of them. i have over 10 years in factory. and 4 years in retail and other things and nothing. something is wrong here!!!

They help the right folks get the right job thats custom suited to them .
WASTE OF TIME! I went to express employment to get help finding a job. they started to help me then stopped helping me because 3 jobs didnt want me. so instead of trying for other jobs they just stopped emailing me. so I decided to go to a different agency and they got a hired that day with a job. so if anyone is looking for an agency to actually help them out go to senoda staffing they are so much better then express employment. I applied for flexsteel in January. Had an interview with them and was waiting to hear back from flexsteel couple weeks later Wigan offer on a job there. I’ve called express twice and went there once and I can never get an answer from them as to what is going on. Why companies go through places like this to hire people is beyond me.
I had Molly as my advocate and not only did she help me get exactly what i was looking for, but she had two interviews set up for me right away and I was offered both positions. After a lot of time and concideration, I took the one , I felt was the best fit for me. Express helped me the entire way, even offering to negotiate higher pay.
