The people here are very helpful and kind but there must be something wrong with their system. Despite my 8 years of work experience and good references they couldn't find me a single job opening when I first signed up. Very depressing. After 4 months really the only job they could find was dishwashing. I had really high hopes for this place
Express really just doesn't know anything. I saw a job that's listed as 7-7 and 2-2-3 schedule. I asked if it's Monoflo. They said no then later said yes. I said I quit that job last year. Express told me that doesn't matter and to go anyway. I asked if they were still doing autostore. Express said no. So, I showed up to Monoflo to see that they were still doing autostore and I was told to go away and not come back. Extremely humbling. And even after that, Express told me to go back there again!
Express employment brags about all there abilities to find you work and a job. I've been here in Lawrence, KS for over a month now. In that time Express Employment has only found me work one time. They sure make a lot of promises. But very and I mean extremely rarely actually stick to there word at all.
Friendly environment, took awhile , but that was on my end , other than that staff is great
