Amy Ratcliffe is outstanding, She will never let you down, She will get you where you want/need to be. Any questions or issues you may encounter, she has your back. For Real.!!! I've been at my new contract for over 4 months now, I had a few things in the beginning and some that were more recent. She took care of it promptly and professionally both times. I love Amy and Pam!!! They are welcoming, friendly, hard working, funny and so much more!!! I met Amy through my fiancé working for them on the weekends and I had filled out an application in hopes to begin working at the same facility as him on the weekends. Instead, Amy found me a very nice office position (which we had never discussed previously- she seen my work history and apparently “kept in mind”) and saved me from a VERY STRESSFUL work environment I was in at the time. Most people write a review for a placement firm after they've found them a job. I wanted to do so beforehand, because the reality is that when you're stressed and unemployed, how you're treated really matters. From the first phone call, John and his team jumped on the opportunity to book me for an appointment, got me in right away and followed up to ensure I was clear as to where I was throughout the process. Pam has been very wonderful to deal with. She is very kind, supportive and understanding. I appreciate the tips she gave me about where to go do a free resume. I look forward to working with her again and hopefully get placed in a job after I’ve done more practice typing. I highly recommend Pam!!!!!
