Noah and the team were fantastic! When I had a water leak in my home they moved very quickly and had the packout team there within an hour and fans set up by the end of the day. They all communicated well with each other and my insurance company. I was able to just let them figure everything out. It was as stress free as something like this could possibly be. I highly recommend them!

Had a pipe burst downstairs. Plumber referred us to Express Dry. Moses arrived within a few hours and blowers were placed in the house the same night. Team was very professional and provided good communication. The bad part was the amount of demolition they did and removing all our installation from our exterior walls. They cut 2 feet out of all the walls downstairs but removed 5 feet of installation?

They removed cabinets that didn’t need to be removed and also did unnecessary work on the drywall. They broke my cabinet and are now telling me they’re not responsible for it. I would recommend that everyone set up a payment cap with them before work begins. Otherwise, you may end up with a bill that surprises you. The agent kept telling me it would be fully covered by insurance, but that was not true. Our claim was denied, and we had to pay the entire amount ourselves. Noah Express Dry is by far the most experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to water damage and dealing with insurance. I can’t thank them enough.
