I had a leak come up from the slab and a plumber recommended Express Dry. I spoke with Noah and he set up an evaluation that day. Luckily, Jose was assigned to me and was prompt and explained everything. The next day, the heaters and dehumidifiers were put in place. Express Dry arranged everything with the flooring removal, asbestos abatement, pack-up, pod, I didn't have to do anything. Jose stayed in constant contact with me and kept me informed. Demo Team (Manuel & Jose) Project Manager ( Jose Luis) They did an awesome job on demolishing and cleaning up after a water pipe leak from our bathroom that leaked throigh the ceiling causing water damage. The areas were taped off and restricted to us and they did their job plus clean up after the demolition was completed. They kept all the dust and work done within the confinements.

After doing the research and finally finding help to fight this I found out I was part of a well planned insurance scam. Everything is ruined and in my backyard is garbage and 80 percent is from other jobs. Tried to call them but they are not talking to me. They are the last on the list. If you have home insurance and there is a plumbing problem call an honest plumber. That was were nightmare began.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! ESPECIALLY ALEX! We had a slab leak at our home in Temecula in January and were referred to Express Dry by a plumber. Alex from Express Dry came out the next day to perform an inspection. Because this was our first home and our first experience dealing with significant water damage, we relied heavily on their guidance.
