After doing the research and finally finding help to fight this I found out I was part of a well planned insurance scam. Everything is ruined and in my backyard is garbage and 80 percent is from other jobs. Tried to call them but they are not talking to me. They are the last on the list. If you have home insurance and there is a plumbing problem call an honest plumber. That was were nightmare began.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! ESPECIALLY ALEX! We had a slab leak at our home in Temecula in January and were referred to Express Dry by a plumber. Alex from Express Dry came out the next day to perform an inspection. My saving grace! I didn’t know what to do when my plumber told me I had a slab leak. Luckily for me, Brandon stepped in and stepped up. He assisted me with everything. He worked with my insurance before, so he knew what he had to provide. He was straightforward, professional and honestly the best I could’ve helped for. Their work is impeccable. Within hours they had the situation worked out and moving to corrections. Total professionals. Highly recommended to anyone who needs this type of service!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They appear to take advantage of vulnerable clients by creating a false sense of urgency and pressuring customers into making rushed decisions. Specifically with my neighbors. In my case, I have a lot of experience in the construction industry, so I recognized the situation and asked them to leave before any substantial work began. I had water damage under my kitchen sink that leaked into my garage. Express dry was the last company that I interviewed after an all day interview process of several companies. The only reason I even went with them was because of the impressive plumber I met with that recommended them. They came that night and helped initiate the process of drying the next day.
