My saving grace! I didn’t know what to do when my plumber told me I had a slab leak. Luckily for me, Brandon stepped in and stepped up. He assisted me with everything. He worked with my insurance before, so he knew what he had to provide. He was straightforward, professional and honestly the best I could’ve helped for. Their work is impeccable. Within hours they had the situation worked out and moving to corrections. Total professionals. Highly recommended to anyone who needs this type of service!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They appear to take advantage of vulnerable clients by creating a false sense of urgency and pressuring customers into making rushed decisions. Specifically with my neighbors. In my case, I have a lot of experience in the construction industry, so I recognized the situation and asked them to leave before any substantial work began. I had water damage under my kitchen sink that leaked into my garage. Express dry was the last company that I interviewed after an all day interview process of several companies. The only reason I even went with them was because of the impressive plumber I met with that recommended them. They came that night and helped initiate the process of drying the next day. Brandon and his team did an excellent job on our house. We had a water leak in our garage and we were able to get them in same day! They were extremely helpful and very communicative, especially with our insurance company. Highly recommend!

Remember what good customer service felt like? Sit down, because I'm about to remind you. Between November and March I had three different remediation companies in my home. Two were forgettable.
