I visited with Dr. Payne on 8/10/2024/. I visited him for a DOT Physical. I have been a cdl holder for 28yrs and the physical that Dr Payne provided was inadequate. He only check my hearing and peripheral vision. He didn't check my reflexes, nor to sit if I could bend over or squat. These are things that I am accustomed to experiencing during a physical.
