I scheduled a recalibration for my Honda Accord at 10 AM, and the whole experience was top-notch. The staff was super friendly and offered complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. I was referred to Express Diagnostics by my mechanic due to the complex issue he could not identify on my 2018 Acura. There was some kind of parasitic drain which caused the battery to drain overnight. Jose was assigned to solve the mystery. In a quick manner, Jose narrowed down and then identified an issue with the driver's side window switch which was the source of the drain. After he changed out the module it was fixed!
