Worked here a few months, was a pain trying to pretend to be working as Raphael would tell me to do, since there wasn't enough to do and I would get done and be floating around he'd show me how to pretend to do work, I was done with this place when I seen the boss destroy an electrical panel because he didn't like how the guy working in it terminated the wires, cost himself money by destroying it, and to then shout at his worker for a simple mistake which would have costed nothing by simply saying fix it.
