BEWARE. We have used them several times, but had a charge on our credit card that we did not recognize. I called and emailed several times for a copy of the invoice. Jim became increasingly belligerent. He screamed obscenity's at me and slammed the phone down. If this is a legitimate charge, just give me a copy of the invoice. If it was an accidental charge, then refund it!
