April 29th 2025, a man from Express Contractors, came to my apartment, to do my carpets. This mans name was Roberto, he was awesome, he was kind, caring and professional. He did a great job, I lived in my apartment for 14 yrs, My apartment looked better after he finished than it did when I first moved in. I have lived in Vintage Terrace 20 yrs in 2026. Extremely rude!, watched me leaving my paid parking spot at my apartment then stole my parking spot and when I came back 15 minutes later I asked him for my paid covered parking spot back and he refused
